First in Health has been providing medical and drug testing collection services for the trucking community in the Portland area for over 20 years.

We strive to provide excellent service by going above and beyond by listening to people's needs and concerns with respectful intention. We are a non-corporate small business that has been providing consistent and reliable services for two decades. We have providers and staff members that speak English, Spanish, and Russian fluently. We are efficient, respectful, and we take care of our clients.

All of our doctors are on the FMCSA National Registry. We are a preferred collection site for many national and local drug testing Consortia/Third-Party Administrators.

A Friendly Approach to a Serious Subject Matter

Reliability and stability are very important to us. The same providers have had the opportunity to follow many drivers over the years. We take pride in the responsibilities and accountability entrusted to us with so many return visits.

Our multilingual staff allows our drivers to feel at ease, and are essential in obtaining a good medical history so we can provide an individualized visit, not just a run of the mill experience.

We take our time with our drivers, to inform and answer any questions they may have regarding their health and its impact on their driving abilities. We develop relationships that make people feel comfortable and confident in our abilities and the care they are receiving.
